-> You create the work schedule for the hired executive provided it is within our time schedule.
-> We provide the complete infrastructure (computers, internet connection, office space) for the dedicated staffs use.
-> We keep an eye on your engineer, that he is working according to your instructions. ::::: Terms of Service & Payment Policies :::::
* The work schedule for the staff will range from 9.30 AM to 8.00 PM (Mon - Sat) as per Indian Standard Time.
* The hired dedicated staffs works for 40-45 hours and 5 days a week.
* Payments are to be paid in advance for the current month.
* While hiring a staff you have to aprove the minimum duration criteria against the Job type.
* A prior notice is to be made before terminating the services or the individual staff which must not be less that 3 weeks otherwise the billing for the whole month is to be paid.
* The bill is reduced if the Hired Staff works for less days. It is reduced to 25% if the working days are in between 16-20 days, the same is reduced to 50% if the working days are in between 12-15 days.
